Pennsylvania Trip in October

In October all four of us flew back to Pennsylvania for a visit.  While we were there we enjoyed bike rides, visiting Amish markets, and being with family.  I put together a few videos from our trip and published them on our Youtube channel but thought I would share them here on the blog as well.  Justin flew home after a few days and then children and I stayed for another week.  During that time the girls all went to Cape May for a beach trip in honor of Grandmommy's 70th birthday. 

 

Apple Annie's

In Pennsylvania there are apple orchards and pumpkin patches on every corner it seems.  Here in Arizona, it's a bit more rare to find a fall activity to do since our daytime temperature doesn't change much from the summer!  We enjoyed an afternoon at Apple Annie's, about an hour north of our house.  I didn't get a lot of footage but it's always fun to put a little memory video together for Benaiah to watch later.  He still asks to watch when he went on the hayride with his friends!

Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, Arizona

 The main reason I do these little Youtube videos is so Benaiah has a form of "home movies" like I did when I was a child but then you all can watch too if you'd like! Benaiah will often ask to watch "my bidos" and he loves to watch himself with friends or doing the family activities.  We recently went to the zoo in Tucson with some of our friends and had such a wonderful time.  

Our New (to us) House Tour!

 I think most of you know by now that we bought a house and moved in May of this year.  Since we've moved in I have had a really fun time decorating and rearranging the spaces to make them the most functional for hosting and every day living!  I put together a little house tour video since a lot of my family and friends have not been here to see it in person yet.  Enjoy!

We Started a Youtube Channel!

 Hello everyone!--Well, those of you that are still here after a year and a half of absence on our part... We're back!--but in the form of a different outlet!  Maybe I will still post pictures and updates here on our blog but for the most part I will just be sharing our weekly youtube video.  Yes, I joined the other 1.3 billon people who use Youtube and created a family channel for us to share our adventures.  If you care to Subscribe on Youtube, feel free to do so, comments and likes are always welcome!
