A few days after the baby shower in PA, Hope and I flew back to Arizona. A week later, Mommy, David, and Serenah came for a few days before they flew back with Hope.
The puppies were happy to see David when we got home from the airport!
Serenah wasn't so sure about Justin's new beard growth!
One day we went to Sierra Vista and saw some cattle by the road.
I had an appointment with my midwife so David and Mommy did school outside.
Hope turned 14 while she was out here so we had a little party for her with her friends on the ranch. One of the games we did was the saran wrap ball game. You wrap a present in saran wrap, tape, and we did a few layers of bubble wrap. Then you wrap another present a few layers later, until you have a giant ball of goodies. Since Hope turned "14" you had to spin a 1 or 4 and then you could unwrap as fast as you could until the next person spun a 1 or 4 and then the ball was passed to them. Anything you unwrapped from the ball you got to keep. We put some hair accessories, notepads, tic-tacs, gum, mentos, hand sanitizers, and other little things in the ball.

One evening we went up to Jenny and Micah's to see their newborn piglets.
They have three litters right now!
While we were there Justin shot a quail and a jack rabbit.

Birthday cards from Grandmommy! :) Justin turned 21 a few days after Hope's birthday.
Micah David got to spend the day with David.
That evening we had his whole family and some friends over for snacks and desserts. There was a beautiful sunset that night!
Jaylon brought his drone and took some pictures of our house with the sunset.

The saran wrap game sounds fun. I'll have to try that.
He shot a jackrabbit? That's a pretty good shot! What do you do with it afterwards? Do you eat it?
No, we didn't eat the jackrabbit. The weather is a bit too hot here so their meat is often prone to bacteria and parasites.
Micah David and Uriah enjoyed fresh quail breast for their supper though! :)
